The Coos Watershed Association maintains and operates eleven stream gaging stations and three weather stations. All weather stations and gaging stations on West Fork Millicoma, East Fork Millicoma, Marlow Creek and South Fork Coos River are funded from a grant from the Oregon Wathershed Enhancement Board (OWEB). Tioga Creek was restarted in 2007 from an agreement with BLM. Gaging stations on Pony, Eel, and Tenmile Creeks are funded through an Agreement with the North Bend/Coos Bay Water Board. Big, Elliot, Three Mile, Joe Ney, and WInchester Creeks were installed in the Summer of 2010. These sites are a part of an collabrative project with South Sough National Estuarine Research Reserve (SSNERR), with funding from The Cooperative Institute for Coastal and Estuarine Environmental Technology (CICEET). Elliot, Joe Ney, and Pony Creek gaging stations have been discontinued.

In the links below, each station has more specfic information and archived data for download.
