Margaret Barber is the External Affairs Manager at the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay. She attended the University of Southern Maine, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She continued her education at the University of Utah, where she received a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006. Margaret moved to Oregon in 2007, and has held various roles in economic and project development, community organization, and project management. Prior to accepting a job with the Port, she was the Development Director at the Oregon Coast Community Action organization; and the Community Development Director for the CCD Business Development Corporation for Coos and Curry counties.
