Chris moved to Oregon in the fall of 2016 and joined the CoosWA team in January 2017 as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper.  Chris spent the last 20 years living in Southeast Alaska working in shelters for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in a variety of positions, but mostly as the bookkeeper and grant manager.  Chris is looking forward to utilizing her years of experience in non-profit  bookkeeping in a non-crisis setting.

Chris loves the ocean and the weather associated with living on the coast.  She is an avid gardener , a beginner birder, and loves to hike and walk on the beach.

What Chris Does at CoosWA

At the Coos Watershed Association, Chris is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper.  She is responsible for all financial record keeping and reporting, annual financial audits, and assists the Board of Directors in record keeping.  She also manages the CoosWA phone lines and general administrative office support.
